Binding restored; in very good condition. Large Maġribī Qur'ānic calligraphy. Brown ink; with red (vowels), blue (sukkūn, šadda), green (waṣla), and orange (hamza); versemarkers, marginal vignettes, and opening heading illuminated in gold. Sura headings in Kūfī script, colophon in Maġribī ṯuluṯ; all in chrysography. Colophon, fol. 71r without further indications; endowed to the Madrasa al-Uṣfuriyya in Tunis, see certificate on fol. 1r (taḥbīs 1). Former owner, fol. 72v, Muḥammad b.'Alī b. Ḥamzat al-Takhamī. In the Ranaldi inventory (second half 16th century): n. (43-45).
